Penguin Random House approached us for three of their properties, Penguin books, The Happy Foodie and Dead Good Books. In the first phase of the project, they wanted an overall health check of their existing systems as well as implementation of analytics wherever missing. We did a 360 degree health checkup as well as implemented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as well as Adobe Analytics and Adobe launch. In the second phase, we shall focus on answering important business questions and measuring the KPIs using the data gathered.
Of the three properties under Penguine Random House, Penguine Books used Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch while we implemented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on The Happy Foodie and Dead Good Books. An exhaustive health checkup was done to find things that were not working as per industry standards. Metrics and data points not being tracked but importatnt to the business were also identified and implemented.
Using the data being collected across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, the second phase of the project focused on answering important business questions and providing insights to drive important business decisions and improve the user experience in a scientific manner.
