Times TSW was a data analytics project for The Second Wind, a sub-brand of Times Professional learning. Their core area of focus is executive programs and they wanted us to focus on analysing how their campaigns and sales channels were performing. We worked on creating pipelines and automated ETL processes that fetch data from multiple sources and create a data lake and a data warehouse. This then was used to visualize and analyse important insights for the business that affected their KPIs.
The Times TSW team had their data distributed across all the platformt that they were using to get leads as well as salesforce, webengage and other internal tools. Our first priority was to bring the data in one location and make the warehouse for reporting.
The next step was to derive insights from the given data. Here, we sat with the business and focused on understanding the KPIs they wanted to track and measure. Once we had this, we focused on the funnel followed during sales and created visualizations and analytics that correspond to them.
