Vyankatesh Charakpalli

There are a few things I’m passionate about: Coding and Traveling make the top of that list. Very recently I traveled to Malaysia; Kuala Lumpur to be specific. It was a business trip with Maxis Telecom. I was working on a project with them that needed me to make the trip. Kuala Lumpur was beautiful as expected. We were mostly working but we did get to visit the Petronas Tower. They are the tallest twin towers in the world. We also got a chance to see the Batu Caves in Selangor just outside Kuala Lumpur. Seeing those twin towers that are among some of the tallest buildings in the world made me want to visit the Burj Khalifa. I’m planning a personal trip to Dubai, hopefully, I’ll get to go once the pandemic is over. I’m afraid I keep pushing my agendas and the trip will be pushed until someone else sends me on a business trip to Dubai. That’s the one thing I need to get better at; management. I am bad at management because I’m not very well organized in terms of work. Like I mix up my priorities or forget to flag a necessary task. I often miss out on deadlines and then instead of assigning the team to a task I have to do it myself at the last minute. So I’m trying to get better at management.
